How it started
I was the Founder of Offerpath — the one who built this platform from scratch while understanding the placement process deeply from the inside.
And what I saw surprised me. HRs weren't spending 10 minutes per resume. They were spending seconds. A poorly structured resume, a missing keyword, the wrong format — and it was gone. The student never knew. Nobody told them.
What struck me hardest was that most students genuinely didn't realise how much the resume mattered. They'd spent months building skills, doing projects, clearing exams — and then handed over a document that didn't represent any of it properly. The work was there. The presentation wasn't.
That realisation wouldn't leave me alone. So I built Offerpath — a platform built for students, by a student who knows what HRs are really looking for.
I watched HRs reject resumes in seconds — not because the student lacked skills, but because the resume didn't show them.
